Crystal gridding is a powerful technique that can help you to keep a high vibrational energy within your home, workspace, or wherever it is set up. It helps bring in the light energy of God/Goddess and keep out energies of a lower vibration. There are 4 different types of grid that can be set up within an individual room, apartment space, office, or an entire building.  I personally keep my meditation room and bedroom gridded all the time and have found that it helps me sleep more soundly and facilitates dropping into deeper mediation more quickly.
